What this purchase includes

This fee reserves time for your custom project and covers:
• consultation about your idea
• custom file creation
• design adjustments and revisions

After purchasing, I will begin creating your design and will send previews for approval before anything is printed.

Once the design is approved, I will send a separate invoice for the printed item(s) and shipping costs.

• No physical item will be shipped with this listing
• Printed items are invoiced separately after approval

Turnaround Time

Design: approximately 3–5 business days
After approval: printing and processing requires an additional 3–5 business days

Refund Policy

The design retainer fee is payment for custom design services and time reserved for your project. Work begins after purchase, therefore this fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the cost of the final printed item(s).
