Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom Physical Products (Custom Printed or Personalized Items)
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun. Please review all proofs and approvals carefully before confirming, as approved designs will be produced exactly as accepted by the customer.

Custom Design Services (Design Retainer Fee)
All custom orders begin with the purchase of a design retainer fee. This fee is payment for custom design services and reserved project time and is not a payment toward a physical product.

The design retainer fee covers consultation, custom file creation, revisions, and test printing required to prepare your custom item. Because design work begins immediately after purchase, the design retainer fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the cost of the final printed item(s).

Design previews, communication, and approval messages provided during the process serve as confirmation that the design service has been delivered.

The physical printed item(s) will be invoiced separately after design approval, and production will not begin until that invoice is paid.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and determine if a replacement is appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Handcrafted Variations
All items are handmade and/or 3D printed. Minor imperfections, layer lines, slight color variation, and small surface differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Wraps Exception
Orders containing wraps without a cup will be refunded.

Fraud Screening
All orders are subject to fraud screening. If an order is flagged as medium or high risk by our payment processor, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order without prior notice to protect both our customers and our business.

Payment Disputes
By purchasing a custom product or design service, the customer acknowledges they are paying for personalized work and/or design services. We reserve the right to provide order details, communications, and design previews to the payment processor as proof of service delivery in the event of a dispute.
