Terms of Service

Thank you for visiting our shop! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade, made-to-order, and custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to ready-to-ship items, custom items, and design services.

Processing Time
Ready-to-ship tumbler and product orders typically process within 3–5 business days from the date of payment.
Custom orders may take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity, communication, and approval time.
Design services and 3D printed items require additional time for design, test printing, and production. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and project details.

Custom Orders & Design Services
All custom projects require communication prior to production. The customer is responsible for providing accurate details, spelling, sizing, colors, and reference images.

All custom orders begin with the purchase of a design retainer fee. This fee is payment for custom design services and reserved project time and is not a payment toward a physical product.

Design services include consultation, custom file creation, revisions, and test printing to prepare the item for production. Work begins after the design retainer fee is purchased.

Because this is a custom service and time-based work begins immediately, the design retainer fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the cost of the final printed item.

Design previews, communication, and approvals serve as confirmation that design services have been provided. Approval of a preview authorizes us to proceed with production.

After approval, a separate invoice will be issued for the physical printed item(s) and shipping charges. Production will not begin until that invoice is paid.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

3D Printed Items & Handmade Variations
All items are handmade and/or 3D printed. Minor imperfections, layer lines, slight color variation, and small surface differences are normal characteristics of handmade and 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

UV DTF Wraps
Wraps are not for individual sale. If an order is placed for wraps without a cup, the wraps will be refunded.

Care Instructions
Specific care guidelines are provided on a care card or directly on the item. Please follow these instructions to maintain your product’s quality.

Snow globe cups and tumblers contain non-edible liquid, glitter, and pigments. If a cup becomes damaged, discontinue use and discard it for safety.

Tumblers are intended for cold beverages only. Do not expose to direct sunlight, heat, or dishwashers. Store in a cool, shaded area when not in use.

Fake ice lids are made from UV resin and are not food-safe. Do not place in the mouth. Wipe clean only and do not submerge or place in a dishwasher.

Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow provided care instructions. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Fraud Screening
All orders are subject to fraud screening. If an order is flagged as medium or high risk by our payment processor, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order without prior notice to protect both our customers and our business.

Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges they are paying for handmade products and/or custom design services. We reserve the right to provide order details, communication, approvals, and design previews to the payment processor as proof of service delivery in the event of a payment dispute.
